Daniel Pastor Vega

Daniel Pastor Vega is a Doctor of Economic and Business Studies, Lawyer, Auditor and coach. He holds the Business Viability Chair of the University of Malaga, he is President of the Social and Business Strategic Committee of Malaga and Honorary Associate Professor of the University of Malaga. Furthermore, he presented his doctoral thesis, ‘Predicción de Viabilidad Empresarial’ with a rating of Outstanding Cum Laude.

  • Counselor of Promálaga, S.A. municipal anonymous company that is destined to the business development of Málaga City: construction of the soccer stadium ‘La Rosaleda’, realization of the Trade Fairs and Congresses Palace of Malaga. The rest of the Council is composed of the representation of the mayor of the city, political groups, Confederation of businessmen and the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Independent director of Unicorp Patrimonio Sociedad de Valores and Chairman of its Audit Committee.
  • Chairman of the Rules and Procedures Committee of the National Economists Auditors’ Registry.
  • Chairman of the Professional Practice Committee of the Economists Auditors’s Register.

  • Currently, “The Communication of Credits” within the ‘Guide to bankruptcy’ of the Editorial Sepin under the direction of Mr. Enrique Sanjuán y Muñoz, Magistrate-Commercial Judge of Granada.
  • Author of various articles on insolvency matters in Editorial Sepín.
  • Doctorate courses conducted with the Department of Public Finance of the University of Malaga and finalizing his doctoral thesis on ‘Prediction of corporate insolvency’.
  • Teacher in the Master in Business Viability in the Creditors’ Competition of the University of Málaga 1st, 2nd and 3rd edition.
